it is tough to make people realize about PRIVATE OR FAMILY BENEFIT less than PUBLIC BENEFIT ...SO ..many people still ask for more benefit only for group or self ..and look across the public benefit or social benefit...some also look down about humanity right also... because rich or poor are always human being ..only good governance can lower gap of society...
